Why We Exist
Hear4KidsGA was founded by a group of Georgia audiologists, educators, and parents who saw too many children struggling in silence. In Georgia alone, thousands of children have hearing loss that goes untreated because their families simply cannot afford hearing aids—devices that can cost thousands of dollars and are rarely covered by insurance.
We believe that a child's ability to hear should never depend on their family's income. When children can't hear clearly, they fall behind in school, struggle to connect with friends, and miss the everyday moments that shape childhood. We're here to change that.

We provide hearing aids and audiological support to children across Georgia whose families face financial hardship. Our work ensures that every child has the opportunity to hear, learn, and thrive—regardless of their family's economic circumstances.

How It Works
A simple, supportive process from application to care
Eligibility Review
Our team reviews each application with care. We consider financial need and ensure your child can benefit from hearing aids. We respond within two weeks, often sooner.
Hearing Aids Provided
Approved families are connected with a local partner audiologist. Your child receives a professional hearing evaluation and is fitted with quality hearing aids—at no cost to your family.
Follow-Up & Support
We don't disappear after fitting. Families receive ongoing support including follow-up appointments, battery supplies, and access to our network of audiologists for adjustments and questions.

How Your Donation Helps
Hearing aids for children can cost $2,000 to $6,000 per pair—an impossible expense for many Georgia families. Your generosity makes it possible for us to provide these life-changing devices at no cost to families in need.
- $50 Provides batteries and supplies for one child for a year
- $150 Covers a professional hearing evaluation
- $500 Funds follow-up care and adjustments for multiple children
- $2,500 Provides a complete set of hearing aids for one child
100% Transparency
Hear4KidsGA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible, and we publish our financial reports annually. Administrative costs are covered separately, meaning 100% of your donation goes directly to helping children hear.
